DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
Delete in the app
Open Alure, choose Profile, scroll to the bottom, then choose Delete Account. Confirm the request twice.
If you cannot open the app
Email support@alure.health from the email address on your Alure account. Ask us to delete your account and data. We may ask you to confirm account ownership before deletion.
What is deleted
Your profile, meals, meal photos, symptom logs, cycle logs, weights, saved plans, and Care messages and attachments are removed from our active app systems. Your feature board comments are deleted. We clear the text, display name, and profile photo from feature requests you created. Replies written by other members can remain in those threads. Your restaurant suggestions and shared menu submissions are also removed.
Other records
In-app deletion also records a request to review data held by our payment, analytics, and PMOS Labs store providers. This request is recorded automatically. It does not mean those providers have erased their records. Provider cleanup remains pending review and completion. You do not need to send a second email to start that request.
Limited payment, order, and subscription references remain so we can handle provider cleanup and unresolved billing. Some financial records may need to be kept for accounting, refunds, disputes, or legal obligations. We also keep a hashed email value to prevent deleted store data from being imported into analytics again. We treat this hash as personal data. These records remain subject to review of provider cleanup and retention requirements.
Backup copies are subject to our hosting providers’ retention settings. You can email support@alure.health to ask about your request’s status or records that remain.
Subscriptions and connected health data
Deleting Alure does not cancel a subscription. Manage subscriptions in Google Play or your Apple account. Records already written to Health Connect or Apple Health remain there. Use that health app to remove those records or revoke Alure’s permissions.
