Account

Delete your account

Open Alure → Profile → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, meals, symptom logs, and photos from our servers and cannot be undone.

Sign out

Profile → Sign Out. Your data stays on our servers tied to your account; signing back in restores it.

Apple Health

Disconnect Apple Health

Open the Apple Settings app → Privacy & Security → Health → Alure → toggle off any data types. You can also revoke all access at once from Apps and Services in the Health app.

What Alure reads from Apple Health

Alure reads body mass, step count, active energy burned, and sleep analysis to populate your progress view. It writes a body-mass sample only when you log a weight inside the app.

Insights

Why aren’t my insights showing up?

Alure generates your personal patterns once you’ve logged on at least seven different days. Meal-only days and symptom-only days both count. Until then, the Insights tab shows three example patterns so you can see what to expect.

How fresh are my insights?

Patterns regenerate roughly once a day from your last 30 days of data. If you just logged something and don’t see it reflected yet, give it a day.
